How Scheduling Works:

Start by choosing San Marcos Office or mobile, then follow the prompts in the scheduler.  If you select mobile and do not see your zip code listed, text (760) 237-0398 to check if we can accommodate your location.


We are available seven days a week for office and mobile appointments. Office visits offer lower pricing.


Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. The scheduler shows real time availability including any extended hours offered by our nurses.


If the time you want is not available, click Join Our Waitlist during the booking process and we will contact you if an opening becomes available.

Important Mobile Appointment Info

  • Arrival time may vary by up to one hour early or late due to traffic or prior appointments.
  • You will receive timely text updates about any scheduling adjustments.

Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.

  • Regular IV's - cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $100 fee.
  • Specialty IV's - CBD, High Dose Vitamin C, and NAD+ are ordered specifically for your appointment. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice are charged 50% of the service total. No exceptions!
  • HaloRed or HaloSauna - cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $20 fee for one service or $40 for both.
  • No call/No show - above policies apply.

If you’re looking to schedule an IV infusion appointment after 12 pm, Monday through Saturday, please reach out directly to (760) 237-0398 to check for availability. Due to potential traffic conditions later in the day in those areas, there might be instances when we cannot accept appointments. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Thank you!

All appointments require a credit card to secure your booking. Please note, the card on file is only for potential cancellation fees if necessary. You will not be charged for your service using this card unless a cancellation fee applies. Your credit card or another form of payment will still need to be presented at the time of your appointment for the actual service.
