HaloRed is a red light therapy session that supports recovery, skin health, and overall wellness. Red and near infrared wavelengths are used to support cellular function and may help with inflammation support, muscle recovery, joint comfort, and skin rejuvenation.
Sessions are quick, comfortable, and easy to add before or after other services.
HaloSauna
HaloSauna is a true infrared sauna experience. It is designed to heat up to 140 degrees, helping you relax while supporting circulation and recovery.
Infrared heat warms the body gradually and comfortably. Many clients use infrared sauna sessions to unwind, support muscle recovery, and promote overall wellness.
