Tricia Erskine, RN
My name is Tricia Erskine. I am the owner of Mobile IV Wellness, Inc., along with our medical director, Dr. Steven Powell. Prior to becoming a registered nurse, I served as a paramedic for seven years.
Originally from Ohio, I spent 15 years working in the construction industry before transitioning to the medical field in 2008. In 2014, I moved to Tucson, Arizona, where I worked as a paramedic in the Level One Trauma Center/Emergency Department at Banner. During the onset of Covid, I was laid off as emergency departments were less frequented. This change spurred my entry into the mobile IV industry. I have worked for three different companies before venturing out to start my own. Over the past four years, I have driven over 80,000 miles and seen well over 1,500 different clients across Tucson, Phoenix, and San Diego.
I became a registered nurse on December 29, 2020, and moved to San Diego in March of 2021, where I worked with critically ill patients at Select Specialty Hospital. After nearly two years, I resigned to fully dedicate my efforts to growing Mobile IV Wellness.
Helping people, especially when they are in vulnerable situations, is a passion of mine. It’s a privilege to assist someone in the comfort of their own home or other personal settings.
My strong assessment skills are key in advising when it’s necessary to seek further medical attention. Traveling across San Diego and neighboring cities adds an enjoyable dimension to my work.

I’m highly skilled in IV placement—though I might not mention that before I start; we in the medical field are a bit superstitious!
